I am going to be pleased beyond belief when the French exam is over. I've never been good at the language, which makes it more painful having to drag it out over all these years. My brother is also fairly poor at French, but does really well in German, so maybe I'm like him? Until tomorrow afternoon though, I just have to forget how bad I am at French. Heh.
"... maybe I'm like him ?" This sounds as if you might be toying with the idea of turning towards German after graduation. But probably that's only wishful thinking from my side...

posted by: Laura on May 15, 2002 07:20 AMi hate LEARNING languages, but i love it afterwards. i have been learning french for 5 years now, how long have you been studying it? for the first two years i did nothing though, and learned nothing. it was in secondary school and we had our music teacher in french.. and he didn't speak french, so all we ever did was sit around and SING french songs. i never learned anything. so, three years really. =) two of them in ib.
